- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until well integrated.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring seasoning gets under the skin.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
For extra crispiness, place the chicken on a wire rack while baking. Allow resting time after baking for moist meat.
