A delicious and healthy crispy tofu recipe prepared in an air fryer, perfect as a main dish or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or other desired seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, olive oil, and any additional seasonings. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss gently to coat.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
Store leftover crispy tofu in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for best results.
