Crispy Air Fryer Tofu


Description

A delicious and healthy crispy tofu recipe prepared in an air fryer, perfect as a main dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or other desired seasonings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, olive oil, and any additional seasonings. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss gently to coat.
  4. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes

Store leftover crispy tofu in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for best results.
