Quick and satisfying wraps featuring tender chicken and gooey mozzarella, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your choice of sauce)
- 1 cup mixed greens (optional)
- Cooking spray
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a layer of ranch dressing on each. Distribute the chicken and cheese mixture evenly, adding mixed greens if desired.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and spray lightly with cooking spray. Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve.
Notes
Serve hot with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
