Ingredients

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the cauliflower into even-sized florets.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and parmesan.
  3. Toss the cauliflower with the seasoning mix and drizzle with olive oil until evenly coated. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes. Once preheated, place the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy on its own.
