- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest, blending until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
- Remove from the oven and cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, garnished with fruit, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
