- 1 package spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in shredded chicken, 1½ cups cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture in the baking dish, topping with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
