Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the cooked shrimp, celery, and green onions to the bowl and gently stir until well coated.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves for a fresh presentation.

Notes
