Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked shrimp, celery, and green onions to the bowl and gently stir until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves for a fresh presentation.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Adjust the cayenne pepper according to your heat preference. For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
