- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried or fresh
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sage, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring until combined and heated through.
- Gradually stir in grated parmesan cheese until it melts, then gently add the cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, toast the sage in the oil before adding the garlic. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
