Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper for flavor.
  4. Add rice and chicken broth, bringing to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in broccoli florets and heavy cream, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
