Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring tender chicken thighs enveloped in a rich and creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
  4. Place the seared chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over them. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and spices for a few hours before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
