Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring a rich peanut butter filling and chocolatey Oreo crust, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to create the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated. Pour the filling into the prepared Oreo crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
