- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to create the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated. Pour the filling into the prepared Oreo crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
