Description

Delightful bite-sized treats with a tropical flavor, perfect for any occasion and easy to make without baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and crushed graham crackers. Stir until well mixed and forms a sticky consistency.
  2. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips for added texture.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least one hour or until firm. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For less sweetness, try using unsweetened coconut and reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk. These can also be frozen for longer storage.
