  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 150g spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
