Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.

- Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy lemon sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a lovely touch.
