Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and let it cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
