Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in fresh spinach and let it cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
