- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach; cook until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine; let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the turkey mixture and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
