- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For a stronger garlic flavor, add extra cloves. You can use low-fat Greek yogurt and reduce the cheese to cut calories. Consider adding vegetables for added nutrition.
