  • 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a stronger garlic flavor, add extra cloves. You can use low-fat Greek yogurt and reduce the cheese to cut calories. Consider adding vegetables for added nutrition.
