Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside while preparing the sauce.

  7. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes; cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
