Ingredients

- 1 box of flavored Jell-O (various colors)
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 2 cups of whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- 1 cup of yogurt (optional)
- Fruit or candy for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Jell-O according to the package instructions by combining it with 2 cups of boiling water.
- Stir until completely dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour the Jell-O mixture into clear cups or jars, filling them about one-third of the way.
- Refrigerate and let the Jell-O set for about 2-4 hours, or until firm.
- Add a layer of whipped cream (or whipped topping) and yogurt over the Jell-O once it is set.
- Repeat the layering process with different colored Jell-O for a multi-colored effect.
- Top with a final layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish with fruit or candy on top of the final whipped cream layer.
- Return the parfaits to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
