Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (e.g., rotini or elbow)
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, and red onion to the dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh dill if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Consider adding more dressing before serving leftovers.
