- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked ziti, the beef mixture, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl. Mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Transfer the ziti mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve with garlic bread and a fresh salad. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
