Ingredients

  • 115g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese and butter soften at room temperature until they’re easy to mix.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and coconut oil until creamy.
  3. Stir in powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and any optional cocoa or spices. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  4. Scoop the mixture and form it into balls or press it into silicone molds, creating your desired shapes.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes until solid. Once firm, store the fat bombs in the refrigerator.
