- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to beat until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- If the frosting seems too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Spread the frosting generously over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
Notes
For a variation, add nuts or spices to enhance flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days.
