- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon (saving some for topping), sliced green onions, and cooked noodles if using.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish, topping with remaining cheese and reserved bacon. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Let the casserole sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. You can also use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
