Description

A refreshing crab salad that combines tender crab meat with crisp vegetables and a creamy dressing, perfect for warm days or as a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, mixed greens, diced celery, and diced red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the dressing into the crab mixture without breaking up the crab too much.
