Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and sausage.
- Stir all the ingredients together to ensure that the potatoes are well-coated.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are soft.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For a lighter version, use turkey or chicken sausage. Feel free to add extra vegetables for additional nutrition.
