Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and follow with the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into the creamed mixture, then stir in oats, chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut until combined.
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
