- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet, spreading it out to form a flatbread.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For best texture, use finely ground almond flour. Experiment with different toppings and seasonings to customize your flatbread.
