Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  3. Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet, spreading it out to form a flatbread.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
