- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Optional herbs or spices (e.g., garlic powder, pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and almond flour until smooth.
- Add baking powder and salt to the mixture, and mix until well combined. Optionally, add herbs for flavor.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet creating round shapes. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Allow the bread to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
