- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked rice, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool before serving, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, use leftover rotisserie chicken. You can add other vegetables or mix different cheeses for variety.
