- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk, and eggs.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in melted butter and any optional herbs or spices.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
