Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Optional: herbs or spices for flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in melted butter and any optional herbs or spices.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
