A delightful and cheesy cornbread casserole that’s perfect as a side dish or a comforting main course.

- 1 box of cornbread mix
- 1 can of cream corn
- 1 can of regular corn (drained)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cornbread mix, cream corn, regular corn, sour cream, melted butter, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispy topping, add a handful of crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs before baking.
