  • 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
