Delightful bite-sized cheesecake treats combining rich cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies.

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- Chocolate ganache or chocolate coating (for dipping)
- Extra crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate ganache or coating, and dip each cheesecake bite in the chocolate.
- Place back on the parchment paper and sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
