Description

Delightful bite-sized cheesecake treats combining rich cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • Chocolate ganache or chocolate coating (for dipping)
  • Extra crushed Oreos (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form them into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  8. Melt the chocolate ganache or coating, and dip each cheesecake bite in the chocolate.
  9. Place back on the parchment paper and sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
