- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter in a large bowl, then stir in 2 cups of granulated sugar until combined.
- Add 4 large eggs one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies and ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serve with extra Oreo crumbs if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chocolate syrup to the batter or using mint Oreos for a mint chocolate version.
