  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface.
  2. Filling: Place a spoonful of cookie dough in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Rolling: Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  4. Frying: Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Draining: Remove egg rolls from oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. Garnishing: Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.

Notes
