Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the cod fillets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill or cook the cod for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through and flaky.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until they are soft and pliable.
