Description

A delightful and refreshing drink that combines tropical coconut flavors with rich coffee undertones, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cooled coffee, cocoa powder, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add the ice to the blender and blend until smooth and slushy (about 30 seconds to a minute).
  3. Pour the slushie into glasses. If desired, top with whipped cream.
