- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- If you want, you can roll the balls in additional shredded coconut for a lovely final touch. Then, place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy them as a snack or a quick breakfast!
