Instructions
- Finely chop the dill pickles, capers, fresh dill, parsley, and shallot.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pickles, capers, dill, parsley, shallot, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sugar until well incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Let the sauce rest for 15 minutes (optional) before serving chilled.
Notes
For extra zest, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
