- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruits, or yogurt. Leftover pancakes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
