- 2–4 tbsp Sriracha Sauce (adjust to desired spice level)
- 1 tsp Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the mayonnaise and the Sriracha sauce to a medium bowl, starting with 2 tablespoons of Sriracha.
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice, then add garlic powder and salt.
- Whisk until smooth, taste, and adjust Sriracha or salt as needed.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before use as ingredients may separate.
