- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer, covered, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
- If desired, top with grated cheese before serving.
