Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer, covered, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
  4. If desired, top with grated cheese before serving.
