Description

A delightful twist on the classic rice cereal treat, combining the warm flavors of cinnamon sugar with gooey marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and mix until all the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down evenly.
  6. Let cool and set for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for about a week.
