A delightful fusion of pancakes and cinnamon rolls, perfect for brunch or family breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon roll dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the pancake batter into the skillet and spread it evenly. Tear pieces of cinnamon roll dough and place them on top of the batter.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip the pancake to cook the other side.
  5. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
