- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cinnamon roll dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the pancake batter into the skillet and spread it evenly. Tear pieces of cinnamon roll dough and place them on top of the batter.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip the pancake to cook the other side.
- Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
