A delightful fusion of cinnamon rolls and focaccia, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar (for glaze)

  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over it.
  6. Roll the rectangle tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  9. Mix icing sugar and milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the warm focaccia before serving.
