- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 5–6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- Gradually add flour until dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough to a rectangle. Spread melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Roll up tightly and slice into individual rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- For icing, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
Use warm milk but not too hot; it should feel warm to the touch. Knead dough until smooth for fluffiness. Allow dough to rise properly.
