Description

A delightful breakfast casserole that brings the flavors of traditional cinnamon rolls together in a simple, gooey dish, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy family breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
