Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars combine the luscious flavors of cinnamon rolls with the simplicity of bar desserts, making them the perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar and melted butter. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the greased baking dish, sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and add the remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool, whisk powdered sugar and milk for the glaze, drizzle over the cooled bars, and cut into squares.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
