Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and halved grapes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to coat evenly.
- If desired, add chopped walnuts for extra crunch and nuttiness. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container. To prevent browning of apples, add extra lemon juice.
