Description

A refreshing salad blending crisp apples and juicy grapes with cinnamon and honey, perfect for a light snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and halved grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to coat evenly.
  4. If desired, add chopped walnuts for extra crunch and nuttiness. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container. To prevent browning of apples, add extra lemon juice.
